Dynamical Meteorology and Climatology Unit

Anupama K Xavier

PhD Student

Following the completion of her undergraduate degree in physics at Calicut University in Kerala in 2019, she enrolled at Cochin University of Science and Technology to pursue a Master's degree in Meteorology and completed it in 2021. She joined the RMI in October of the same year as a PhD candidate and started investigating about the low frequency variabilities in land atmospheric coupled model and it's predictability.

Anupama is researching atmospheric blocking, windstorms and other low frequency variabilities in the atmosphere, as part of the EDIPI  project.
